What are some great books to life weight-loss/healthy for young adults?
I am 20 years old, female. I am close to 175 now I would like (a healthy way) lose about 35 pounds. Are there any good books that you recommend for my age?
There is a book that can get. We called the Rapid Fat Loss Handbook by Lyle McDonald. I think it is quite "healthy" and many people here will tell you, but if You Want Lose weight quickly, which really works. You can literally lose 10 to 20 pounds (including 4 to 7 pounds of fat is) in two weeks. I tested it just before a trip I took last year with all my skinny friends. I dropped about 10 pounds, but my jeans were on me and I felt much thinner, even in my face. This book has been a blessing for me and I shared with many of my friends. Ok, then Food that stinks and is really hard to follow, but only for 2 weeks and they can do nothing for two weeks. Are those long months on end for I diets that are very difficult to satisfy. So now that use this system for "damage limitation". I eat what I want (with moderation), but when I gain a few pounds, I just did this diet for a few weeks and then I'm back where I want to be. The scheme food is essentially a protein-sparing modified fast, which means that you only eat about 600-800 calories per day (the book explains what you need for your body weight), but most of the protein in question. The rest comes from a piece of cheese and vegetables without limit (No corn, apples land, carrots or peas. There may be a couple of other no, no, I do not remember). So my meals consisted mainly of a white egg OMLET and vegetables for breakfast, a grilled chicken breast and steamed vegetables for lunch, a piece of cheese without fat input, and fish grilled and steamed vegetables for dinner. I also had to take omega-3 supplements. On the upside, you get a cheat meal week and one meal loading carbohydrates. You can also drink diet soda all you want, that helped me. I ordered it off Amazon a year ago, but I just saw is apparently exhausted, and is not for sale. Only this diet for 2 weeks and then take a break. Note that this is not really a healthy way to lose weight, but does not work. And at least you eat healthy foods and not starve completely.
